Responsibilities

Greater Nashville Maternal-Fetal Medicine is celebrating more than 15 years of patient care for women with complicated pregnancies in Middle Tennessee. We are a group of specialists, sometimes called perinatologists or high-risk obstetricians, with training in obstetrics and gynecology and an in-depth understanding of pregnancy complications and treatments.
  • Present cases to the reading physician
  • Assist with invasive procedures
  • Document appropriately in the ultrasound reporting system as well as in the electronic medical record
  • Assist co-workers when needed
  • Re-stock supplies
  • Among other duties to assist the office


Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
  • RDMS certified in OB/GYN
  • MFM experience a must
  • Fetal Echo registry a plus
  • Must be willing to be trained in Fetal Echo and sit for the exam
  • NT Certification a plus but not necessary.
  • Comfortable in a fast pace environment
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently
