The Customer Success Agent is responsible for providing, best in class, professional and courteous support to all customers including parkers and operations personnel across our parking portfolio. This is a customer centric role providing real time solutions within our RMC (Call Center) Department. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, multitasking and communication skills. Excellent customer service and the ability to learn new systems and technologies is essential for success. One must also be able to work independently. The role is 100% work onsite/in a garage office.
