Work from Home Policy: Hybrid (Franklin, TN) - 2 days on-site per week

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of data engineers.
Develop data pipelines, ETL processes, and data storage solutions.
Define and implement best practices, standards, and processes.
Drive innovation in data engineering practices, tools, and technologies.
Manage data infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Oversee data modeling, schema design, and data governance initiatives.
Resolve complex technical issues related to data pipelines, processing, and quality.
Collaborate with leadership to define data engineering strategy and priorities.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for data engineering projects.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in data engineering
2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Experience with:
Python or similar languages
scalable data pipelines
ETL processes
data storage solutions
data warehousing
data lake houses
Databricks or Snowflake
Proficiency in managing data infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Solid understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data governance best practices.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in related field.
Certification in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Google Cloud Certified - Professional Data Engineer).
Strong project management skills, with experience in managing complex data engineering projects from conception to completion.
Experience with:
Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
AWS Technologies: RDS, Lambda, SNS, SQS, AppSync, or EventBridge
Docker or Kubernetes.
